On National Chocolate Day, learn how to make and decorate chocolates from premier chocolatier, Jim Lantry of Seabreeze Craft Chocolates. San Diego’s own Willy Wonka is offering celebratory classes on Saturday, October 28. Aspiring young chocolatiers get to decorate and take home two full-size bars. They’ll also learn about the origins of chocolate including how cacao is grown and how chocolate is made. All materials and equipment are provided, and everything they make is theirs to keep!
