Students will make a cutting board, and through that process, learn how to safely use the miter saw, jointer, planer, table saw, drill press, router; as well as how to use clamps, glue up, and apply finish to their pieces. This class is a prerequisite for Wood Open Studio and recommended for further woodworking classes to establish safe practices in our studio.
