  • Coffee with Kafka and the UCSD German Studies Program present a free screening of "The Glory of Life," the award-winning film about the surprising love affair between the literary genius Franz Kafka and his last love, Dora Diamant, in the last year of his life. The film is open to the public and will be screened on the UCSD campus at the Suraj Israni Center for Cinematic Arts at UCSD. "The Glory of Life" premiered in 2024 in Berlin and has been nominated for three national German Film Awards.
