LUNAFEST Film Festival is an annual fundraiser for Soroptimist International Oceanside-Carlsbad. The 2022 Lunafest will include a celebration of their 75th Anniversary. SIOC is part of a global volunteer organization that provides women and girls with access to the education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment. The Tijuana Estuary, Southern California’s largest coastal wetland, is offering weekly tours, a new Nature Book Club, and self-guided game apps for the whole family throughout summer. Also, a new monthly nature walk with our docent with visual-impairments, “An Eye-Opening Experience Without Sight,” starts the first Saturday in June.
