Test your knowledge of all things San Diego while supporting a great cause. Gather your friends, form a team, and get ready to answer questions about our sunny city. Prizes await the top trivia masters, so bring your A-game! Let's come together for a memorable evening filled with laughter, good drinks, and a dash of friendly rivalry. You can sign up either as an individual or as a team of up to 4 members. Each round will include one San Diego focused question in addition to general knowledge questions. We're fundraising to pack 10,000 high-protein meals for the San Diego Food Bank to be distributed to San Diegans experiencing food insecurity. California food banks are seeing more families requesting food assistance now than before the pandemic, and fewer donations of food. Our goal is to provide thousands of shelf-stable, protein-rich meals to the San Diego Food Bank to help them meet the demand for healthy food options. You can learn more and contribute to our fundraiser in partnership with The Outreach Program and Old Mission Rotary here. With the help of Old Mission Rotary and a matching grant from Rotary District 5340, we’ll be able to pack over 10,000 meals if we reach our goal of $1,450. Any additional funds raised our goal will go to the Mission Valley Evening Rotary Foundation (MVE Rotary Foundation). About Hugo Nogueira: Hugo Nogueira won the 2011 American Guitar Society competition in Los Angeles, California. After attending three prestigious conservatories in Brazil (and studying with one of the most renowned Brazilian guitar pedagogues, Henrique Pinto), he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Composition in 2007 and a teaching credential in 2010. Hugo continued his studies earning his Master’s Degree in Guitar Performance at Azusa Pacific University. Additionally, he has had masterclasses with world class guitarists such as Ana Vidovic, Jason Vieaux, Scott Tennant, and Marc Teicholz. Hugo has also participated at guitar festivals such as La Guitarra in San Luis Obispo, Sierra Nevada Guitar Festival, and New Mexico Guitar Festival. In 2012, Hugo Nogueira performed and gave masterclasses at Cal State San Bernardino and University of Redlands. Awarded an assistantship in the fall of 2013, Hugo began to work on his Doctorate in Classical Guitar Performance at UNLV with the internationally acclaimed concert guitarist, Ricardo Cobo. In 2014 and 2015, Hugo was invited to be part of the guitar competition committee at the Clark County School District, Las Vegas Academy of Arts, and Junior festival in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the last few years, Hugo has been performing in different states across the U.S such as California, Wyoming, Nevada, New Mexico, Florida, Ohio, Washington DC, and Michigan. In May 2017, Hugo Nogueira graduated with a Doctor of Musical Arts. In 2018, Dr. Nogueira was invited by the South Bay MTAC (Music Teachers' Association of California) to give a lecture-recital about the Spanish composer, Francisco Tárrega. In following years, Dr. Nogueira performed with in Panamá, Portugal, Brazil, England, USA and Norway. Dr. Nogueira is currently teaching classical guitar at Los Angeles Pierce College, Oxnard College, and Ventura College in Southern California.

After losing her parents and younger sister Tilly in a car crash, she delves into Tilly’s role-playing game campaign to uncover the truth about Tilly’s secret life. What begins as a simple quest to understand her sister’s hidden world soon escalates into a wild, action-packed journey, where Agnes faces off against homicidal fairies, menacing creatures, and the mother of dragons, Tiamat. As Agnes immerses herself in the fantastical realm Tilly created, she not only battles fantastical monsters but also confronts her fears, grief, and long-held misconceptions about her sister. Qui Nguyen’s script masterfully blends humor, fantasy, and self-discovery, creating a thrilling homage to the geek culture that has shaped generations of fans.
