Third Sunday Craft is a monthly gathering of creative writers that fosters support, inspiration, and community. More than craft classes, Third Sunday Craft will help you construct and sustain a writing practice. In January, Openings we will set our intentions for our writing in the new year, and then look at story openings to see examples of how and where successful stories begin. First lines, first paragraphs and first pages! Please bring with you the following: • The first line of a story/poem/essay. • At least five different drafts of that first line. • If you are feeling excited, bring 2 versions of the first paragraph too!
