With both amateur and restaurant divisions, chili tastings are available, or attendees can purchase a Master Ticket for $30 to sample every entry and vote for their favorite. The Ocean Beach Street Fair & Chili Cook-Off presented by Buzz Cannabis takes place Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the 4800–5000 blocks of Newport Avenue and along the waterfront. Free parking is available at the Sun Runner parking lot on Sea World Drive along Pacific Coast Highway.
