  • The Lullabar, a wellness cafe for moms and caregivers, is set to open its doors on June 19 at The Beacon La Costa. The cafe aims to provide a space for mothers and caregivers to connect with others while taking part in self-care services while little ones are safely entertained in the play gym. At The Lullabar, moms and caregivers can meet with friends for coffee or matcha, or use the cafe as a workspace. The cafe will also offer a range of self-care services, such as mani/pedis and meditation classes. In addition to these services, The Lullabar will provide a variety of motherhood workshops. Self-care workshops (from $30 to $60) will cover topics from breastfeeding to CPR, postpartum mental health, parenting for picky eating, and fostering speech and language development. The cafe's founders understand that motherhood can be challenging and hope to provide a supportive space for mothers to connect and learn from each other. The grand opening of The Lullabar promises to be an exciting event, with an array of healthy food and drink options available.
