"The Tiny Exhibition" is a unique, one-day public art event at Liberty Station Arts Districts' First Fridays on June 5, 2026. A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Warrior Village Projects’ tiny home build program. The exhibition explores themes of scale, luxury, and sustainability, challenging the notion that size dictates value—in both art and living spaces. This event creates a poignant link between the site's legacy of military service and the project's contemporary mission, offering a compelling cultural experience while directly supporting a vital community cause. 10% of all art sales will benefit The Warrior Village Project's mission to house homeless veterans. The activities planned for the Del Mar Fair serve a dual purpose. They honor this significant anniversary, marking the true abolition of slavery, and celebrate the achievements and contributions of Black Americans since emancipation. Festivities include performances by Blues man Lenny Fuzzy Rankin and solo jazz guitarist and singer Elliot Lawrence. Guests can enjoy line dancing with San Diego’s own ERRRVERYBODi Line Dancers, as well as drumming and dancing by the Worldbeat Center African Drummers & Dancers. There will also be music from DJ Kool T and spoken word performances by host Kendrick Dial.
