This exhibition showcases how local Filipino cuisine has evolved from humble beginnings to a celebrated culinary movement. It highlights how immigrant and American born children have become leading chefs, brewers, and entrepreneurs in San Diego, elevating Filipino flavors in bold new ways while staying grounded in family tradition. More than an exhibition, "Taste San Diego: Filipino Culinary Journeys" will offer visitors an evolving menu of Filipino food and beverage tastings from local vendors, available for purchase on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.) Please note: The San Diego History Center is closed on July 4.
