Escondido lithium battery fire continues to burn as county mulls over moratorium

The fire at a battery storage facility in Escondido seems to be well under control though evacuation orders remain in place. KPBS sci-tech reporter Thomas Fudge tells how first responders had to deal with the latest lithium ion battery fire.
