Flow for a Cause

Yoga Church has partnered with giv4 homelessness to create an experience where you can feel good and spread the goodness! Danna from Yoga Church will lead us through a juicy yoga flow outside on the bay, opening our hearts to connect with ourselves and our community.

This donation-based event gives you the opportunity to learn about 12 unique organizations dedicated to ending homelessness here in San Diego and allows you to find out all the ways YOU can make a difference with your time and talents!

Class will start promptly at 10:30am Nov. 24, 2021. Please bring your own mat, water, sunblock and any props you'd like to use during class. Parking is ample and available on Dana Landing Road.

The suggested donation for this class is $20 - click here to help end homelessness in San Diego.

Following the class, the nonprofit organizations that make up giv4 will be there to connect and talk about the amazing work they do so that you can learn about opportunities to help!

Alone, we can do so much. Together, we can do anything!
