This multi-course dining experience by James Beard Smart Catch Leader Chef Jojo Ruiz will both educate and delight guests with stunning (and extravagant) seafood towers, whole fish presentations (plus an interactive fish breakdown demonstration), and the finest seafood paired with Ruiz’s signature creativity on the plate.
The catch?…. IT’S ALL SUSTAINABLE. All fish will be sustainably caught, sourced via local fishermen, farmers, and aquaculture innovators in and around San Diego, and Baja.
The Sustainably Sexy Seafood Dinner features wine pairings by Cuvaison Winery located in the Los Carneros region of Napa Valley.
Founded in 1969, Cuvaison is one of the pioneering wineries that helped shape the modern era of Napa Valley winemaking.
