Let’s be clear, thinking is necessary. We need to think, reflect, understand, make decisions and so on. Sometimes, however, our thoughts become circular, negative, stuck, or unclear. We may have a tendency to overthink and find it difficult to ‘switch off’—which can be exhausting and unproductive.
In the "How to Stop Overthinking" course we will explore some spiritual principles that we can rely on to make good decisions and some meditations that will allow our mind to stay calm and productive in the midst of uncertainty. Led by Buddhist nun Gen Lhadron, resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center San Diego.
