Celebrate the Holidays in Coronado! Join The Del for their annual Holiday Festival with the local community. Festivities include Skating by the Sea®, photos with St. Nick and performances by Coronado school children. This year will also include a skydiving Santa who parachutes in to join the festivities – a spectacular start to the Holiday season.
CORONADO SCHOOL PERFORMANCES
Vista Terrace, 3:45-4:15 p.m. - Join Coronado schools as they sing holiday favorites and spread holiday cheer. This year they will also be joined by the Tinseltone Carolers.
SKATING BY THE SEA
Windsor Lawn, 4-10 p.m. - Take an ice skating adventure on San Diego’s only beachfront ice rink.
SKYDIVING SANTA
Del Beach, 4:30 p.m. - Surprise and delight your little ones as Santa skydives onto Del Beach to join them for the Holiday Festival.
PHOTOS WITH SANTA
Paseo Lawn, 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. - Santa Express Passes will be distributed at Vista Terrace starting at 3:30 p.m. to minimize lines and allow families to enjoy the holiday activities. On this date only, Santa times will be assigned in-person on a first-come, first-served basis (no advance reservations)
S’MORES ON THE BEACH
Del Beach, Create magical holiday memories with s’mores on the beach. S’mores packs will be available for purchase at our holiday bonfire.

Celebrate coming Home for the Holidays as America’s beachfront legend transforms into a classic winter wonderland from Nov. 22, 2021 to Jan. 2, 2022. The iconic resort shimmers and shines as its signature red turrets are draped in thousands of sparkling lights with towering Christmas trees, snowy surprises and garlands galore filling the property with holiday cheer. This year will include the return of a spectacular two-story lobby tree and beachfront ice rink at Skating by the Sea®, as well as the debut of a new holiday light show on the Founders Lawn.
