Stone International Women’s Day Beer Dinner

The beer industry is full of diverse and passionate people from all walks of life. For several years we’ve commemorated International Women’s Day by brewing a special beer together with some of the amazing women of Team Stone. This year we’re inviting our fans to join in! Come enjoy a three-course meal as we celebrate all the badass women of our beloved beer community.

The Stone Brewing 3-course meal includes:
Welcome Cocktail | Stone Mango-Jalapeno Margarita
Amuse Bouche | Scallop aguachile: coconut tomatillo broth, calabrian chile oil, pickled red onion, micro cilantro fried plantains with sugar & salt seasoning. Paired with Stone Inspire Lager, San Diego Style Imperial Lager
First Course |Shredded mushroom mole tostada, queso fresco, candied pepitas, pickled radish & micro cilantro. Paired with Stone Encourage, Imperial Porter, and Stone Encourage aged in Whiskey Barrels, Barrel-aged Imperial Porter
Second Course | Chicken Al Pastor with creamy Pablano potato pave, caramelized pineapple compote, pickled red onions & shaved Chile Fresno. Paired with Stone Ladies Night Out, IPA
Third Course | Horchata panna cotta with marzipan crumble. Paired with StoneGeist Malaku Gold, Turmeric Golden Ale

The Stone International Women’s Day Beer Dinner will take place on Tuesday, March 8 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Stone Brewing, Liberty Station.
