Lauren McBrayer will discuss her electric and seductive new book, "LIKE A HOUSE ON FIRE", at this intimate luncheon in support of the Friends of the Library. This Kirkus Reviews starred book is about a woman at a turning point in her life, and what happens when she discovers the spark that makes her feel whole again. This novel is a razor-sharp look at love, motherhood, marriage, and identity that pushes us to wonder what it really means to have what you thought you wanted, and yet come to realize that there's so much more.
