Join us for Alila Marea Beach Resort’s inaugural event of the Agave Dinner Series. Curated by our resident certified Catador Chris Simmons, this new collection of seaside pairing dinners explores the diverse range of spirits crafted from the agave plant. Third-generation master distiller Carlos Camarena ushers in the series with Tequilas from La Alteña distillery in Jalisco, Mexico paired with a wanderlust-inducing five-course dinner by VAGA Chef de Cuisine, Mark Enciso. Sip, savor and sway to live music, all on the open-air Oceana Terrace overlooking the Pacific.
