Barrio Logan College Institute’s main priority is to positively impact the lives of San Diego youth and the trajectory of their futures. Students in our programs begin their college journey in 3rd grade. To date, 100% of our students have enrolled in college. Research shows that low academic attainment levels are associated with poverty, crime, low civic engagement and poor health outcomes. At BLCI, we understand the need for our services to fulfill our mission of Breaking the Cycle of Poverty through education.

Our commitment to developing youth in the most underserved communities remains stronger today than ever before.
