St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center, a nonprofit organization that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, will host its 44th Annual Haute with Heart Fashion Show.
The event will feature SMSC students and professional models dressed in the latest fashions. Guests can expect a delicious luncheon, performances from students, and boutique shopping. The event will also include live and silent auctions, and opportunity drawings.
The annual event is dedicated to raising funds for SMSC and its innovative programs, such as its Activity Center, Adult Developmental Center, Behavior Modification Program, and Senior Program. The center’s “Life Program” allows students to develop creative outlets, learn marketable skills, and gain a sense of independence and self-esteem. Over 400 students attend SMSC, ranging from high school graduates to seniors in their eighties.
