Join Robin Douglas for an evening of creative expression as we explore large, expressive watercolor paintings reflecting the sea and the sky. For sunrises to sunsets and everything in between, paint with large brushes and sponges to create the natural attributes of Southern California. Enjoy appetizers and drinks during a brief presentation on California Impressionism before creating an original work of art. All materials provided.

The classic Irving Gill designed building is nestled against the contemporary Frederick Fisher designed Central Pavilion creating the perfect union of past and present architecture. Exhibitions showcase the finest art of the southern California region from landscape paintings to studio furniture, neon sculpture, art quilts, and architectural glass. OMA’s galleries feature on enlightening survey of contemporary art enriched by the cultures of the community. The museum’s galleries are redesigned for each exhibition, surprising visitors with a fresh, exciting visual transformation for every new exhibit.
