Join yoga teacher Amy Baack for a Donation Yoga flow at San Diego's beautiful Sunset Cliffs every Saturday morning 9-10 a.m.! It doesn't get better than this oceanfront view. ππ
This is an accessible all-levels 60 minute Hatha flow yoga class, and everyone is welcome, including beginners! It's the perfect balance of feel-good stretching and strengthening.
Bring a yoga mat, a towel for underneath your mat (optional, the cliffs can get dusty), sun protection, water, and all your friends & fam!
