Do you find it difficult, confusing, or exhausting to have conversations about race or identity?

Does the topic of racism bring up complicated feelings for you?

Do you want to understand the issues better and become an engaged ally for racial justice?

Start building bridges of understanding and take action for racial justice with Racial Resilience, a 7-week online series gathering weekly beginning Wednesday, September 7th.

Led by highly sought after antiracism experts Dr. Seth Schoen and Rev. Dr. Christopher Carter, Racial Resilience will equip you to understand and respond to racism in all its forms, have compassion for your feelings and experiences around race and racism, cultivate understanding and awareness of the experiences of others, and take antiracist compassionate action that feels right for you.

We'll utilize compassion-based contemplative practices as we engage with this critical issue facing our world, our communities, our faith communities, and our personal relationships.

Discover how compassion can move us to understanding and sustain us in taking compassionate antiracist action for racial justice and equity.
