Screening of the documentary, "Courage," featuring 7 amazing men, two who were children when they became prisoners of the German and Japanese armies during World War Two and 5 men who endured the torture at the "Hanoi Hilton" during the Vietnam War.
What did it take for these men to survive being a prisoner of war? Courage is the catch all word meaning, “To do something in spite of your fears”, But what gives one courage? Some say duty, want to get home, or hatred for the enemy. Our featured former prisoners show us that there were a variety of factors that gave them the courage to carry on.
Proceeds benefit NAMPOW and the work of PISANO Artistry.
