Join award-winning chef, Christophe Cevasco as he hosts an exclusive dinner paired with wines from legendary winemaker - Dauo Vineyards.

ADMISSION| $100 pp+ tax and grat
- every guest gets a raffle ticket (will be giving out wine, merch, gift certificates, etc)
- wines to be sold after the dinner for a reduced price

‣ 1st App Course:
Crab Cake - panko-crusted blue lump crab, arugula, remoulade

‣ 2nd App Course:
Seared Foie Gras- Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras, local apricot marmalade, balsamic glaze, roasted garlic polenta

‣ 1st Main Course:
Scallops- seared scallops, Spanish chorizo, romanesco, cauliflower, toasted almonds, mango citrus sauce, truffle oil

‣ 2nd Main Course:
DBL Cut Pork Chop- Creamy Mashed potatoes, onion marmalade, Crispy Onions, Demi Glace
