As an established life sciences professional and nationally recognized patient advocate, Julia has teamed with the world’s most elite medical faculty, biotechnology experts, and clinical researchers to advance patient care. A two-time cancer survivor herself, Julia has a deep, personal understanding of the issues patients face when trying to identify and access the best testing, treatment, and therapy. She and her team are dedicated to achieving best-of-class, patient centered care. This was the inspiration behind Soteria Precision Medicine Foundation's patient-centered approach. Prior to founding SOTERIA, Julia was recruited by genomics pioneer, J. Craig Venter, MD, to implement one of the world's most robust precision oncology platforms for Human Longevity Inc., where she worked as Head of Clinical Solutions for more than two years. Julia has spent the last 15 years of her career in healthcare and genomics focusing on bridging the gap between research advancements and the clinic.
