Join us at The Prado on Thursday, November 24 as we serve a delicious 3-course menu from 1-7 p.m. Indulge in Oven Roasted Brined Turkey Breast and Turkey Leg, Local Pan Seared Halibut or try our famous Red Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs. Set in the rich landscape and finely manicured gardens, the Prado Restaurant is located at the historic House of Hospitality in the center of San Diego’s famous Balboa Park. In early 2010, Cohn Restaurant Group was very pleased to announce that Chef Daniel Diaz was appointed as the new Executive Chef of the CRG’s award winning restaurant.
