Kick off the holidays at MCASD’s Members’ Holiday Party. Join us after the La Jolla Holiday Parade at MCASD’s ocean view Art Park to celebrate the holiday season. Festivities will include arts and crafts, a DJ, snacks and hot cocoa. Be sure to visit your favorite works of art in the galleries and take advantage of your Member discount at The Shop.
Art-making activity
During our Members' Holiday Party, join MCASD educators on an art-making adventure. Inspired by Light and Space Art, we will be creating colorful mobiles that can be hung on your tree or in your house (near a window for effect!). Create your own cellophane mosaics — add mini disco balls or crystals — and have fun building a moving art piece that reflects light!
