Al Dente Valentine’s Day Dinner

Al Dente, recently opened in University Heights, aims to provide a dining experience that transports you back to Sicily from appetizer to dessert!

For one night only, this Valentine’s Day, guests can enjoy an exclusive menu! At $49 a person, their three-course menu includes a wide variety of options for everyone:

The first course includes your choice of Caesar Salad, Soup of the Day, Burrata Vegetariana – burrata, grilled zucchini, and eggplant, heirloom tomato, and pesto sauce, or Beef Tartare, with capers, onions, lemon zest, olive oil, and quail egg.

The second course includes Pollo al Funghi – chicken breast with wild mushroom sauce and mashed potato, Cavatelli al Cinghiale – wild boar sausage, garlic, shiitake mushroom, cherry tomatoes, and white wine sauce, Heart Shaped Ravioli filled with spinach and cheese in butter sage sauce, or Filetto alla Griglia – 8oz Filet mignon, potato puree, spinach, and cabernet wine reduction, with the option to add half lobster for an additional cost.

And don’t forget about dessert! Choices include Limoncello Cake or Tiramisu.
