It was the United States’ longest-serving aircraft carrier of the 20th century and approximately 200,000 Sailors served aboard this carrier! Today, it is one of San Diego’s most popular museums.

Join us on Wednesday, February 15th at 7pm for our next “History Talks” Lecture series to explore the USS Midway Museum Then and Now and find out how America’s most popular aircraft carrier became San Diego’s number 1 tourist attraction!

Guest Speakers, Steve Walker and Brian Butler, are proud US Navy veterans and active docents at the USS Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum. Each year the USS Midway Museum welcomes over a million guests to explore and experience US Naval history, join us to delve into the history of Midway, learn how it came to be a museum, and virtually explore the USS Midway!
