“COHERENCE” (2013. 89 minutes. Not Rated) - A spooky, nerve-jangling journey through the looking glass. Eight friends are gathered for dinner while a comet passes overhead. The cosmic chaos created tears the fabric of reality as personal tensions and secrets bubble beneath the surface.

Four couples gather for dinner the night a mysterious and powerful comet passes overhead. As unexplained events begin to bend reality in frightening ways, the couples realise that visitors from a strange house down the road may be trying to prevent them from surviving the night.

This film screening acknowledges the Coronado Public Library’s 2023 Coronado Community READ: “Project Hail Mary” by Andy Weir.

FILM FORUM CORONADO is held in the Winn Room at the Coronado Public Library, on the first and third Wednesdays, with a brief introduction before the film and a discussion afterward, led by Ralph DeLauro. This program is presented by Coronado Public Library and Coronado Island Film Festival.
