The OAK Heroes 5K is a community event dedicated to supporting families affected by cancer. On March 18, 2023, participants will come together to celebrate the strength and resilience of children and adults who have been affected by this disease. The event will include a 5K run/walk and a fun-filled day for participants of all ages.

The goal of the OAK Heroes 5K is to raise awareness and support for those impacted by cancer, and to show that no one has to face this disease alone. By participating in this event, participants can help make a difference in the lives of families affected by cancer, and show that there are heroes in all of us.

By registering for the Heroes 5K, you will not only improve your own health and well-being, but also bring hope and support to those affected by cancer. So come run or walk with us and let's make a difference together!

Can't make the event in-person? That's okay, check out the virtual option and do it from wherever you may find yourself.
