sPARK Awards: Celebrating Innovation in Balboa Park
Forever Balboa Park’s newly created sPARK Awards recognize people and organizations that amplify Balboa Park’s distinct role and increase its positive impact on wellbeing through creativity, collaboration, and imagination. Join us for a night of celebrating outstanding achievements in innovation! The evening’s festivities include a cocktail reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres, a speakers panel focused on innovation and change-making in San Diego, and the awards presentation.
The three categories of awards are Igniting Innovation, Crossing Boundaries, and Enhancing Ecosystems. Each awardee will be given a cash prize for their nonprofit of affiliation to fuel continued innovation and curiosity. The deadline for nominations is Friday, February 24, and organizations and individuals are invited to self-nominate.
