Miramar National Cemetery Open House

Please join us in celebration of the Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration’s 50th Anniversary. Miramar National Cemetery will be hosting a community Open House at the cemetery on Saturday, May 13, 2023, from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Miramar National Cemetery Flag Assembly Area.

The following agencies will be in attendance and providing information regarding:

• Veterans Health Administration (VHA): Suicide Prevention
• Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA): Benefits, Compensation, & Pension, Military to VA, Mobile Vet Center
• National Cemetery Administration (NCA): Memorial Programs, Scheduling & Eligibility, National Support Foundation, Honor Flight San Diego, Veteran Legacy Program, Burial and Memorial Benefits, Guided and self-guided tours.

There will also be Honor Guard Demonstrations:

• US Marine Corps 9:30 a.m. 
• US Air Force at 10:30 a.m. 
• US Navy at 11:30 a.m.

The open house is free to attend, open to the public, and there will be plenty of free parking.
