Join 20|Twenty restaurant in Carlsbad for an unforgettable night of food and wine pairings in partnership with Orfila Vineyards & Winery. This exclusive 21+ event will feature an array of local wines from Orfila Winery thoughtfully matched with chef-crafted small bites from 20|Twenty.
To kickstart the evening, the tasting will begin with two appetizers: Za'atar spiced beet dip with goat cheese and hazelnuts, along with Ricotta roasted grape bruschetta. The first set of wine pairings will showcase two red wines: the 2020 Montepulciano and the 2020 BDX. These hand-selected wines will pair perfectly with a selection of dishes, including Steak Sliders, Meat Charcuterie Cones, Blue Cheese Caramelized Onion Flatbread, and Dark Chocolate Almonds.
Transitioning to the second pairing, the tasting will present two white wines: the 2022 Sangiovese Rose and the 2022 Syrah Blanc de Noir. These exquisite wines will be paired with Seared Salmon with Balsamic Strawberries, Charred Vegetable Kabobs, Prosciutto, Fig & Brie, and Macaroons.
