On September 14, 2023 from 6-9 p.m., Sparks Gallery will transform into an immersive “Wonderland” for one night only, themed to Alice’s adventures in the famous Lewis Carroll novel. Enter through the rabbit hole to immersive artist activations, and experience surreal and magic realism artworks on view. Win a small artwork in our silent auction as a gift for yourself or a loved one.
Discover delectable cuisine and treats throughout Wonderland, as you travel on to your next journey. Choose your culinary adventure at the Mad Hatter soup/tea bar and colorful cocktail station, hosted by San Diego Wine and Culinary Center and Continental Catering.
Ticket fee schedule:
- Early bird $99 per person
- After July 13 $149 per person
- Day-of tickets $190 per person
Each ticket to “In Wonderland” includes dinner and tea, two signature cocktails, and access to all the artist activations and silent auction.
Additional items to add-on include:
- handmade eye masks by Alexander Arshansky
- additional drinks (2 free with ticket)
Sparks Gallery
The Sparks Gallery is housed within the historic Sterling Hardware Building in San Diego’s vibrant Gaslamp Quarter, located between Island & Market on Sixth Avenue. Sparks Gallery is an event space and represents contemporary artwork by artists living in San Diego and Southern Calif. The Gallery was awarded the 2015 People in Preservation Award for Adaptive Reuse by Save Our Heritage Organization (SOHO).
