San Diego Ballet kicks off their season with a free event which combines dance, art, fashion and dessert. Meet SDB’s new & returning dancers, chat with Artistic Director Javier Velasco, learn more about this exciting season, and see the new exhibit at the Mandell Weiss Gallery.
The FREE event features a sneak preview performance featuring dancers from the company. A fashion show follows each performance as Canela Photography presents Veteran Couture Fashion Show in collaboration with designer Carolina Hernandez and San Diego Ballet dancers.
The Mandell Weiss Gallery will be revitalized with an exhibition of photographs by Lorraine Triolo, entitled “People Who Look Like Art.”
