Join local author as he discusses the relationship between mind and brain. In his latest book "Controlling Mental Chaos," Dr. Pineda shows that anxiety and incessant thinking reflect uncontrolled creativity, and how, using time-tested techniques, we can begin to recover our innate creative nature.
The author will be signing books and answering questions at the end of the talk.
