Join Fox’s “Next Level Chef” co-star and Bravo’s “Top Chef All-Stars” winner Richard Blais and his wife, Jazmin for a one-night meet and greet event to celebrate the launch of the couple’s first collaborative cookbook “Plant Forward: 100 Bold Recipes for a Mostly Healthy Lifestyle.” Taking place at California English, Blais’ fine-casual restaurant showcasing cheeky cuisine inspired by the Southern California coast and English pub classics, on Wednesday, November 29 from 5:30pm to 7pm. Attendees of the event will receive a signed copy of the book along with the opportunity to meet Richard and Jazmin. This is Richard’s third cookbook and the first one he has done in collaboration with his wife, Jazmin. San Diego marks the final stop in Richard and Jazmin’s cookbook tour. Tickets can be purchased online for $49. “Plant Forward” offers a look inside the Blais’ kitchen showing how the couple eats and maintains healthy habits when the TV cameras are off. Richard and Jazmin team up to show you how to have fun with cooking, taking produce to an entirely new level without having to abandon meat or dairy entirely! The book features 100 bold recipes for a mostly healthy lifestyle without abandoning meat or dairy entirely. After the event, guests are welcome to enjoy drinks and a delicious dinner at Chef Richard Blais’ California English.
