Fit Athletic is hosting a full body, mind and spirit reset on Saturday, January 13 at 10 a.m. in partnership with Soul Plunge on Fit Athletic’s Mission Beach waterfront rooftop training deck. This celebration of wellness will open with a breathwork and meditation workshop, transition to a HITT workout, followed by a vinyasa flow both led by Fit Athletics' expert fitness instructors and is completed with cold plunges and guided journal prompts. Following this space for reflection, attendees will leave feeling refreshed and ready to begin their 2024 journey. To further support a lucky attendee in their wellness goals, Fit Athletic will also be raffling off a $250 LSKD gift card at the end of the event.
