The back pain relief bootcamp will teach you how to release the chronic muscle tension around your back and activate associated muscles that are not doing their job to protect you from pain.

Bootcamp details:
· 6-week long series. I will enroll you in all 6 sessions on my website.
· We meet once each week at 60 minutes per session (No session on 3/30/24)
· Session dates are from 10:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m. on the following dates:
Saturday 3/2/24
Saturday 3/9/24
Saturday 3/16/24
Saturday 3/23/24
(No session on 3/30/24)
Saturday 4/6/24
Saturday 4/13/24
· $200 for the series
· Bring your own yoga mat and dress comfortably.
· Cancellation of series allowed up to 24 hours prior to the start of the initial session of the bootcamp. I am covering the ticketing fees for your purchase but you will cover the Eventbrite fees to refund your purchase. You will receive the purchase price less the current refund service fee that Eventbrite charges.
