LIFE at MiraCosta College invites you to join us for two FREE lectures. LIFE=Learning Is For Everyone

At 1:00 p.m. - MCC Theater Production, “Anon(ymous)” with Eric Bishop & Students

We will learn about the final theatrical production of the school year. Anon, a young refugee, journeys through the United States meeting a wide variety of people in this powerful retelling of Homer’s epic Odyssey, which explores themes of identity, coming-of-age, and the shifting nature of home.

At 2:30 p.m. - "The 183.9 mph Bicycle Guinness Record" with Denise Mueller

In this amazing lecture we will learn how Denise set goals and trained to bicycle into the history books by breaking the men’s world record, becoming the fastest non-motorized human in the world at 183.9 mph.

Meetings will be held in person at the MiraCosta College, Oceanside Campus, at 1:00 p.m. in the Board Room Trailer T200 by the Campus Police Station and by the Internet Application ZOOM.
