Attendance is free, but advance registration is required.
At this virtual event hosted by Scripps Cancer Center, attendees will learn about food flexibility for optimal nutrition going into and during cancer treatment, as well as signs and symptoms related to treatment. Attendees will learn about optimal hydration and nutrition, including the importance of adequate protein and calories. Common side effects and nutrition intervention will also be discussed. This is one of several events offered by Scripps throughout June as part of National Cancer Survivors Day. Attendance is free, but advance registration is required.
