"level of service not required" is pleased to invite you to our first Artist Talk event! For our current exhibition "fall into the bloom" (Jul 18 - Aug 25) we are inviting two of our star artists: Marianela de la Hoz (San Diego) and Laura Kaplan (New York City.) Join us in a conversation about egg tempera painting technique and treachery in painting, and hear how common household items and human hair can be mixed together to form a sculptural installation that is sure to catch a viewer's eyes and is so effective at transcending pain and an aching body. Fine wine and fruit and cheese plate will be served.
