Your participation in this year’s Golf Classic will make a significant contribution in the lives of veterans experiencing homelessness. Your investment will provide case managers to assess veterans’ needs, create personalized treatment plans, support comprehensive services for veterans, and assist veterans in finding resources on their path to independence.
California accounts for 30% of all veterans experiencing homelessness in the United States. Nearly 8% of unhoused individuals in San Diego are veterans.
In 2023, 985 individuals we served reported previously serving in the military
Up to 75 veterans reside at Father Joe’s Villages Saint Teresa of Calcutta Villa
Event proceeds will help:
Support comprehensive services for veterans
Address medical and mental health issues
Provide housing dollars to subsidize rent for veterans living in permanent supportive housing
Prevent veterans from relapsing into homelessness
