Adults with ADHD are known to be creative so this meeting will explore different techniques and methods to increase this creative potential. We will also discuss ways to manage creativity so it doesn't get the better of us and ways to make our many creative projects a reality. There will also be a group game or two so this meeting should be fun and interesting. This event is free and open to all adults with ADHD and our allies, but we ask that you support the venue "Tea n More" by buying food or a beverage. Seating might be limited this time so RSVP as soon as you can. Hope to see you there.
