Join Chef Roberto Alcocer in celebrating Valle's third anniversary with an unforgettable collaboration dinner on October 11. To mark this milestone, Chef Roberto will be joined by Chef Johnny Curiel of MICHELIN-starred Alma Fonda Fina (Denver, Colorado) and Chef Oscar Torres of MICHELIN-starred Animalón (Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California) for a remarkable evening of culinary excellence — ¡TRES AÑOS, TRES CHEFS, TRES ESTRELLAS!
The tres amigos will curate a six-course tasting menu featuring the finest ingredients, with the option to elevate the experience through a special 3rd anniversary wine and tequila pairing. This exclusive pairing will include award-winning wines from Valle de Guadalupe's Monte Xanic and premium tequila selections from Reserva de la Familia.
