David E. Weissman, MD is a retired Medical Oncologist and Palliative Medicine specialist. Dr. Weissman, a UCSD grad, was the first Palliative Care Physician in Wisconsin and is Professor Emeritus, at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He will focus on the many people who fear being over-treated as the end-of-life draws nears.
This talk will give you the language you need to have discussions with your health providers and your family to help ensure your wishes are honored.

North University Community Library
The North University Community Library is located at Nobel and Judicial Drives, in the vicinity of 805. The library is in a park setting with a design for expansion when needed. Inside features include a children’s and storytelling area with a separate children/young adult librarian on site, an adult and young adult area, a computer lab with 14 computers and wireless access throughout the library, a self checkout station, two seminar meeting rooms, a separate Friends’ book store, a community/meeting room available after hours and a coffee kiosk in the vicinity of the entrance to the library.
