Join us in concluding our inaugural O’wineside Mexican Wine Festival with an exclusive 6-course dinner at Valle starting at 6:30 p.m. Chef Alcocer, along with Baja guest chefs Miguel Bahena from Madre in Ensenada and Omar Valenzuela from AVIA in Mexicali and Célida Café in Ensenada, will craft a special tasting menu.

Each course will be meticulously paired with premier Mexican wines from Bruma in Valle de Guadalupe; Parvada in Coahuila; and Vinaltura in Querétaro.
