Georges at the Cove is hosting its Inaugural WhistlePig Beefsteak Dinner on Friday, January 24 at 6 p.m., and it will feature Guest Chefs Jason Knibb (Nine-Ten) and Mike Reidy (The Fishery) working alongside Chef/Partner Trey Foshee, Executive Chef Masa Kojima, and Pastry Chef Anna Adams. Seating will be on communal banquet tables, and the meal will be served family style.
Tickets are $220, and they can be purchased at the link below. The price includes all food, two cocktails, and three 1-oz. pours of WhistlePig Old-World Rye Aged 12 Years, Estate Oak Rye Aged 15 years, and The Boss Hog. The menu will feature a plated seafood appetizer, plated salad, family-style meats (multiple cuts), sides, and dessert.
